'Meadow' dissolvable embroidery patches all stitched up. Swipe to see each one up close. I'm using needle turn appliqué to sew them to felt squares to create a textile book, which will showcase them beautifully. Stitching 'Meadow', 11 botanical stick and stitch dissolvable embroidery patches. Pack coming very soon! To do list! This is 'meadow' in the making - my next stick and stitch embroidery patches pack, coming soon. The results of some joyful printing using everyday household objects. Check out yesterday's reel to see the action! A spot of slow, calming printing on fabric using things I have around, such as a cork bottle stopper, reed diffuser lid and a nail file. Stay tuned to find out how I use the fabric! Oh I do believe I've started a new project! I'm calling it 'Shapes' at the moment and I'm just going to go where it takes me. Fabric on card plus embroidery: A meditative, joyful, slow process with quite a quick result! Love 💗 Stitching delight! My next stick and stitch pack will contain a list of suggested stitches. I also have long term plans to have visual and written instructions for all suggested stitches on my website. All in good time! One more from April #scrolloftheyear because these details are too scrumptious not to pop on the grid. For those interested, the petals and leaves are created using fishbone stitch, one of my faves. April's reminders to look back on and to take forward. Do any of them resonate? Head over my blog to read about how I arrived at these life lessons. Sending love 💗
